WE OFFER FREE UK RETURNS
If the garment you purchased does not fit, Wasulu London will be pleased to cover:
• Up to £50.00 of your alterations cost on full price items
The cost of alterations will be refunded on your account after receiving your proof of payment.
Please note that no returns will be accepted after alterations have been made.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Wasulu London. If you are not perfectly satisfied with an item(s) we ask that you return it to us in the same condition that it was received, with all original tags attached.
You can return any item purchased from Wasulu London web store. Here’s how:
1. Fill up the returns form included with your order
2. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition with all tags attached.
Within the UK
We offer Free UK returns.
3. Pack the items into the Returns Envelope provided with your order
4. Hand your Returns Envelope in at a Post Office service point. The Post Office’s counter staff will process your returns free of charge to you and give you a proof of postage receipt . We strongly recommend that you retain your proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund notification. Do not post your Returns Envelope in a street post-box as this will result in incorrect handling.
Outside of the UK
We regret that currently we are unable to cover the cost of returns from outside the UK. All shipping costs and import duties/taxes associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Pack the items into the original packaging or similar if unable to use the original package
6. We strongly recommend sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining a proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund notification.

Please note that we can only accept returned items within 14 days of signed-for delivery receipt.
Each of our items are fully quality checked and controlled before being dispatched. If you receive an item that is damaged or flawed please contact our customer care team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
Should you deem your item faulty outside of the 14-days return period, please contact our customer care team as we may be able to arrange a repair or an exchange. Refunds for items deemed faulty are issued at the discretion of our quality assurance team.
Please note that faulty items must be reported to our customer care team prior to returning. It is difficult to predict how long returns from outside the UK will take to arrive at our London studio. Should you have any queries about the status of your return please email us.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, face masks are non-returnable. We encourage you to continue to following government guidelines by practising social distancing, washing your hands, and avoid touching your face.
Once your return has been received you can expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days. If you make a purchase using American Express refunds can take up to 15 working days to be processed.
Please note, during busy periods such as sale it may take longer for us to process your return and subsequent refund.
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to accommodate.
Simply email us specifying your needs. For all exchanges, the costs associated with the shipment of the new item is the responsibility of the customer.
We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour or another item at the same value.
If you wish to exchange something, please follow the returns procedure and state in your email that you wish to exchange the item.
Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
We suggest all exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
