Shipping within the UK
We offer UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): FREE
EXPRESS delivery is a flat fee of £5.99
UK Standard delivery will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery unless stated otherwise.
EXPRESS delivery will be sent using DHL Express UK Delivery.
If you select EXPRESS delivery your shipment is guaranteed to arrive the next day. Express orders must be placed before 12pm.
You will be sent a tracking number once the good have been dispatched.
Shipping outside the UK
We regret that currently we are unable to cover the cost of Shipping outside the UK.
International shipping is a flat fee of £15 to all countries outside of the UK.
**Please note that all import customs duties for European and international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
European and international orders will be sent using DHL Express Worldwide Delivery . Orders usually take around 3-5 working days to arrive. DHL will contact you directly with tracking details at the time of dispatch.
We aim to deliver to as many countries as possible worldwide, but there are a few exceptions. If you have a specific country enquiry, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
All orders placed from the ready to wear collections are usually dispatched to all customers within 2 working days, stocks permitting.
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, we suggest customers provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.
We are only able to ship your order to one location. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select the shipping address for your order.
We realise that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to.
Cancellation of the order
If you changed your mind about your order you have up until 24 hours after the order confirmation to cancel it writing to our customer care team at email@example.com - we will confirm receipt of this email so you know your order has been cancelled.

MADE TO ORDER SHIPPING TIMELINES
All made to orders are dispatched within 4 – 6 weeks. Below is the standard timeline and steps we take when creating made to order pieces.
1 - You place your order online
2 - We contact you to clarify your orders' specifications
3 - We send you some fabrics' samples for you to choose your preferred colourways
4 - We order your preferred fabrics
5 - Upon reception of the fabrics, we send them, your specific measurements, and other details about your orders to our artisans
6 - Our artisans expertly handcraft all your bespoke pieces
7 - Your bespoke pieces are returned to our London Studio for quality checks
8 - We ship your bespoke pieces to you once we’re happy that they all meet all our quality standards
